Abstract: 

AbstractContext and purpose. The purpose of this research is to design a model for the DEVELOPMENT of cultural and CREATIVE industries through economic tools and mechanisms and the integration of CREATIVE and cultural economy.Methodology/approach. In the current study, the qualitative method of grounded theory was used and the in-depth interview technique was used to collect information. The sampling method of the research was purposeful and snowball methods with theoretical saturation criteria and interviews with 20 experts in the field of CREATIVE and cultural industries. open, axial and selective coding processes was used to data analysis, and after that, the grounded theory emerging from the data was presented in the form of a story and visual model, and based on them, definition and classification were carried out for the application of the DEVELOPMENT of CREATIVE and cultural industries. Findings and conclusions. The results have shown that training and empowerment of cultural and CREATIVE industries and culture building in the field of cultural and CREATIVE industries act as intervening conditions to encourage business owners to create cultural and CREATIVE jobs, and these three-dimensional conditions in interaction together have caused the DEVELOPMENT of cultural and CREATIVE industries and the dynamics of the economy and moving towards the CREATIVE economy, and the consequence of that is the CREATIVE ecosystem approach to economic benefits and economic profitability and cultural DEVELOPMENT.Originality/innovation. Abstract: 

The purpose of this research is to investigate the situation of CREATIVE tourism and identify the strategies to achieve the DEVELOPMENT of CREATIVE tourism in Ahvaz metropolis. In terms of practical purpose, the present study is exploratory in nature and based on survey and field method. The required data has been collected through documentary, library and field methods. The dimensions and components of the research were identified using a researcher-made questionnaire, which was confirmed through face validity and Cronbach's alpha reliability (0. 816). The statistical population includes managers and trustees of related organizations and expert experts in the field of CREATIVE tourism issues in Ahvaz metropolis, 20 of whom were selected as a sample size based on snowball sampling and to develop a strategy. Metaswot analytical technique has been used to develop CREATIVE tourism. The results show that this city ranks lower than Kuwait in terms of developing CREATIVE tourism and achieving the level of economic, social, environmental and physical sustainability, but compared to the cities of Khorram Abad., the city of Kurd and Basra has a more suitable position. Things like tourism branding through extensive information and advertising, tourists' appropriate mental image of the city and the presence of ethnic groups of the same religion and language on both sides of the common borders of Iran and Iraq, which are most suitable for the CREATIVE tourism goals of Ahvaz metropolis, as Its tourism DEVELOPMENT strategies are prominent.

Abstract: 

One of the most important topics of the growth, progress and DEVELOPMENT of societies in the last 4 decades is to pay attention to sustainable DEVELOPMENT and its three dimensions, economic, social and cultural. By studying the literature of this field, we find out that the role of social factors, manpower and the culture of societies is significant and colorful in this type of DEVELOPMENT. On the other hand, in the past few years, the idea of CREATIVE cities has been a new and interesting topic in urban studies, which emphasizes on improving the environment and improving the quality of life of citizens. Based on this, the current research was conducted with the aim of explaining the role of CREATIVE cities in the cultural DEVELOPMENT of societies with a review method and library study of available resources. For this purpose, the components and indicators of cultural DEVELOPMENT and CREATIVE cities were identified by studying documents and extracting data from more than 20 sources and scientific articles. The results showed that the components of “, concentration”, , “, diversity”,and “, mobility”,in CREATIVE cities lead to the need to create cultural spaces, train and educate human resources, strengthen cultures and increase cultural participation, produce and increase goods and services. Cultural, strengthening of rationalism, DEVELOPMENT of CREATIVE industries, etc. This is while it seems that there is a dialectical relationship between cultural DEVELOPMENT and the formation of CREATIVE cities in such a way that CREATIVE cities facilitate cultural DEVELOPMENT and cultural DEVELOPMENT causes the emergence and strengthening of CREATIVE cities.

THE UNESCO CREATIVE CITIES NETWORK (UCCN) WAS CREATED IN 2004 TO PROMOTE COOPERATION WITH AND AMONG CITIES THAT HAVE IDENTIFIED CREATIVITY AS A STRATEGIC FACTOR FOR SUSTAINABLE URBAN DEVELOPMENT. CREATIVE LOCATIONS BECOME A KEY ELEMENT OF PUBLIC REGENERATION STRATEGIES AND DEVELOP INNOVATIVE SERVICES BASED ON KNOWLEDGEABLE PROPERTY. Abstract: 

Introduction Investing in projects, according to the industrial DEVELOPMENT guide of United Nations, is the use and allocation of economic resources to achieve long-term benefits. The use of the word profit instead of resources is due to the fact that the purpose of investing is not limited to net profit and loss, but also has other benefits. One of these benefits includes the use of the tourism industry, which has developed in the world, especially in developed countries, as a large sector along with other economic ones. And it can become a basic industry along with other fundamental ones such as agriculture, industry and services. The city of Rasht is located as one of the largest urban centers on the southern shore of the Caspian Sea, which has natural features, topographic features, river-valleys, forests, sea and historical sites. In recent years, despite holding various exhibitions and urban events and using the environmental protection force and special attention to sustainable DEVELOPMENT, management of Rasht city has not been able to make appropriate exploit of the city's potential. Absence of strategic vision and lack of attention to the rich cultural characteristics of the people of Rasht, has caused the city to lose its balance of strategic planning structures. The city of Rasht is considered as an attractive and cheap destination for tourists, but there is still no suitable place to compete in the world. Therefore, the explanation of CREATIVE urban tourism DEVELOPMENT strategies is as a concern in the field of urban planning that can increase GDP. Methodology In order to achieve the method and methodology of this study, a qualitative study has been conducted with the grounded theory approach. The reason for choosing the grounded theory is that executive techniques can be achieved based on this one. The aim of the present study is to evaluate the situation of Rasht city in the aspect of CREATIVE city indicators. At first, it reviews the indicators used in the world, and after selecting the indicators in accordance with the background conditions of this city, it measures and quantifies them. The purpose of this study is not only to evaluate the CREATIVE city indicators of Rasht, but also the main goal of this research is to exploit the potentials of Rasht city, to provide solutions for urban creativity and to apply practical strategies to attract domestic and foreign investment based on achieved strategies of the research results. According to the above, it can be said that the present study seeks to answer the questions as follow:-What is the situation of the CREATIVE city indicators in Rasht city?-What are the appropriate strategies for the DEVELOPMENT of CREATIVE tourism of Rasht city? The present research is descriptive-quantitative one with applied nature. In order to collect information, 393 questionnaires were completed through residents. The data were analyzed by using of binomial tests, correlation and exploratory factor analysis(EFA). Then, after analyzing the statistical data, the proposed strategies are presented through the SOAR strategic model. Results and discussion From the data analysis, several central categories have been obtained: Restrictions of Rasht city, popular culture, undesirable social structure, uneven and dysfunctional management, lack of urban infrastructure, dysfunctional transportation system, weakness of education, overlapping tasks of organizations and poor advertising in underdeveloped tourism have cause confusion and imbalance in urban sustainable DEVELOPMENT and also have influenced strategies. Conclusion According to the consequences of the adopted strategies and based on the definitions of events, tourism and sustainable DEVELOPMENT, it can be argued that the city of Rasht does not have thorough cultural facilities and it is not possible to hold various events. One of the considered and inferred strategies, is the creation of food festivals during different seasons, which can be useful for the DEVELOPMENT of tourism and introducing the local food of this city to domestic and foreign tourists. Teaching traditional foods of this city to tourists is another achieved strategy of the research. Because in today's modern world, tourists are not just looking for entertainment; their basic need is to acquire the indigenous culture of cities and countries and to spread it in their own country. According to the research and the results of the analysis in order to achieve the objectives of the research, there is a basic need to create valuable and educational places. Establishing guidance centers in the city and holding training courses are other strategies that we have witnessed a lack of them. Considering the capacities of Rasht city in the field of CREATIVE gastronomy city and suitable cultural contexts among the people of Rasht city, it can be expected the DEVELOPMENT of tourism with increasing the quality of services and products based on providing the necessary training as one of the requirements of sustainable DEVELOPMENT, in addition to creating the platform for people to benefit from the brand of CREATIVE gastronomy city.

Abstract: 

Purpose: The purpose of this applied research is to study the effectiveness of gamification on corporate training.  Methodology: A gamified course was designed and implemented to train the location of Fire Hosing Cabinet for 24 employees of a firefighting maintenance company in Iran Mall shopping Center in Tehran. Using a quantitative quasi-experimental research plan (post-test only control group design) the participants of the study were randomly assigned to treatment (12) and control (12) groups and trained for a week.  Conclusion: The descriptive and interpretive result of the posttest analyses indicated the effectiveness of gamification of the training performed for the employees of the firefighting maintenance company in Iran Mall shopping Center in Tehran. Moreover, the descriptive result of Gamification Acceptance Questionnaire answered by the members of the experimental group after gamified training indicated that all the participants in the experimental group were satisfied with the gamified training course.

Abstract: 

This research seeks to explain and design the human capital education and DEVELOPMENT model in the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting News Agency. This research is an applied objective which is carried out with a qualitative approach (classical ground) and content analysis method. Regarding the quality of the data, in order to analyze the data, an interpretive-analytical method has been used that replaces the inferential and descriptive statistical methods in the quantitative approach. Sampling method was purposeful and snowball. In this research, prototypes were first selected and in-depth interviews were conducted. The number of participants in the interview was about 13 media directors and university professors, following several interviews, the initial model of coding and analysis was obtained. Following the coding of all interviews, the main categories and related categories have been identified and step by step, the final model has been completed. The results of codings and analyzes with a qualitative approach in the whole theory have led to model design. Finally, the conceptual model and components of the model are presented with related components and indicators.

Abstract: 

The effectiveness of CREATIVE drama on social DEVELOPMENT of preschoolers was studied. Using multi-stage cluster sampling method, 30 children (16 girls and 14 boys) aged 5 to 6 years old were selected from Tehran preschools and randomly divided into an experimental (n=15) and a control group (n=15). During a period of five weeks the experimental group participated in two one-hour weekly sessions of CREATIVE drama activities. Using Winelend Social Growth Scale (Wineland, 1984), the social DEVELOPMENT scores of two groups were assessed as pretest, posttest and follow-up (after two months). Covariance analysis of data showed that CREATIVE drama significantly increased social DEVELOPMENT of preschoolers. Furthermore, t test results revealed the effect of intervention did not last until the follow-up stage. The findings discuss how CREATIVE drama activities affect the social DEVELOPMENT of preschoolers.

Abstract: 

In this study, in order to Study the Role of IRIB organization in developing CREATIVE city in Ghiyamdasht, some different intellectuals’ opinions have been brought up and investigated. And also some different opinions among Citizens in Ghiyamdasht are gathered and analyzed and then the presented opinions by them are used. The method conducted in this study is field research and library literature review. In terms of the way of conducting, it is a correlational research and in terms of the research purpose, it exists among applied researches. According to a sample formula, the sample population should be consists of 384 people. Therefore, 400 questionnaires are distributed among the members of the target population. In next phase, the researcher analyzed and interpreted the data gathered. Both descriptive and inferential statistics have been used to analyze the data of this study. Description of data has been presented in tables representing different indices such as absolute and relative frequency, mean, standard deviation and variance in background and main variables. Correlational tests, multiple regression and F-test were used to get into the proper conclusion and test hypotheses. According to research data, it can be said that national media is effective in developing the CREATIVE city in Ghiyamdasht. Average variables of economic indices (2. 98), social indices (3. 37), artistic cultural indices (3. 5), TV press conference (3. 47), TV news conference (3. 47), TV subtitles (3. 25), TV news and reporting (3. 34).
